PREAMBLE

We, the Moors in  El Al Americano Moroccans, the Mothers and Sons of Northwest Amexem, Northwest Alkebulan, the Northgate and standing on our Five Points of Light: Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice, in order to restore a balanced order, just protections, reciprocal wealth and cultural integrity for ourselves and our Jus sanguine heirs, do establish this Law of Sankofa (constitution) for the Organic State, Allodium Moroccan Praedium Ante Michigan.

Guiding Principles AMPAM

GUIDING PRINCIPLES  &  LAWFUL FOUNDATION

Legal Standing and Authority

AMPAM is fully backed by international, imperial, and Sovereign -level instruments that validate our standing and authority. These include but are not limited to:

  • UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) – affirming the right of all indigenous nations to self-govern, maintain legal systems, and declare national identity
  • Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1786–1787) between Morocco and the United States – the oldest unbroken treaty in U.S. history, securing consular jurisdiction and Moorish recognition
  • Treaty of Madrid (1880) – specifically Article 15, recognizing the authority of Moorish Consular Courts to operate independently on behalf of Moroccan subjects
  • France v. United States (case before the International Court) – a foundational case affirming that the land now known as "the United States" lies within the historic domain of Morocco
  • Act of Algeciras (1906) – confirming international recognition of Moroccan sovereignty
  • U.SA. Constitution Article VI, Clause 2 (The Supremacy Clause) – stating that all treaties are the supreme law of the land
  • U.S.A Constitution Article III and Article I, Section 10 – supporting the use of consular and treaty courts and the prohibition of States from impairing obligations of control.

Jurisdiction and Government Structure

AMPAM operates under a dual court system:

  • The AMPAM Consular Courts , operating with international  authority
  • The Moorish Council Court, seated in spiritual and ancestral jurisdiction

Our government is structured as an international  body politic with Wazirs, Elders,Sheriff, and Consular Officers, all functioning under the AMPAM  Constitution of the law of Sankofa

AMPAM is not just a "movement," but a sovereign Moorish  Indigenous nation-state reclaiming its  equity jurisdictional  status, estate, resources, and inheritance  as  Grantees , Beneficiaries and under international law  Uti possidetis juris and  Postliminium .

Our Vission

  •

DECLARATION OF THE LIVING NATION

We, the Living Nation, guided by Divine Law, Ancestral Heritage, and the principles of International Recognition, stand as the rightful heirs and custodians of the Moorish Estate.
Our sacred vision is to restore justice, ensure peace, and secure the inheritance of our people for the present and future generations.

In this sacred age of awakening, we affirm our divine mission to:

  • Reclaim our Trust Territories, bringing all lands, estates, and resources back under lawful stewardship.

  • Restore Lost Sovereignty, reviving the original Moorish dominion and natural law governance.

  • Heal and Correct Generational Curses, through knowledge, unity, and divine re-alignment with truth.

  • Educate the Youth, cultivating wisdom, cultural pride, and political literacy.

  • Restore Cultural Norms, traditions, and divine order as established by our Ancestors before colonial interruption.

  • Reclaim International Relations, engaging with all nations in peace, honor, and mutual respect.

Thus, we stand in divine remembrance, post the age of illusion—Post Luminum, the dawn beyond deception—restoring the balance of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice upon the Earth.

Why Nationalize With AMPAM ?

Allodium Moroccan Praedium Ante Michigan — A living Nation among Nations.

WHY NATIONALIZE WITH AMPAM?

To nationalize with AMPAM is to reclaim what has been stolen, erased, and denied. It is to step back into your true inheritance as an Indigenous Moorish National, no longer bound by colonial misnomers or foreign jurisdictions.

For too long, our people have been labeled "Black," "Negro," "Colored, and "African-American"—names that do not reflect our true nationality or sovereign standing. This misclassification is PAPER GENOCIDE, erasing us from the record of laws of  nations and stripping us of our lawful identity

NATIONALIZING WITH AMPAM REVERSES THIS ERASURE. It affirms your Moorish nationality and restores your place in history and law as a living sovereign men and women .BENEFICIARY

Our Mission

INDIGENOUS SOVEREIGNTY AND INDEPENDENCE MOORS

AMPAM MISSION STATEMENT

We, the Moorish Nation of AMPAM, stand as Indigenous  Moors heirs of the ancestral estate, guardians of Turtle Island, and sovereign Nationals under Divine and International Law.

Our mission is to:

  • Reclaim our Indigenous Moorish identity, culture, traditions, heritage, estate, and sovereignty.

  • Restore our lawful government under Consular Court jurisdiction.

  • Reaffirm our sovereignty through treaties, charters, and lawful acts.

  • Unite with sister states under the Moroccan Universal Supreme Imperial Council (MUSIC) and enter into treaties with other Indigenous nations and peoples locally and internationally.

  • Promote peace among nations, ensuring justice, order, and dignity for all.

We move forward in our Indigenous right to self-govern, without interference from colonial states.

Indigenous peoples have the right to establish and promote their own laws, culture, economic systems, and social and political structures.

The pen is mightier than the sword,
carrying the Seal of our Nation as proof of Divine Indigenous inheritance and sovereign authority.
