These digital products and services are offered and billed by Pro-Motion Trust Company (EIN 41-7000436), the commercial entity of record. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products & Services
All items offered on this site are digital products and digital services. This includes digital document packages, digital media production, digital identity services, digital research reports, and monthly digital subscription plans. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the services page and are shown before checkout.
3. Delivery Method
All products are delivered digitally by email and/or via a secure download link. There is no physical shipment. Standard digital deliverables are provided within a reasonable timeframe after payment is confirmed. Custom production items (such as media production and research reports) are delivered upon completion, and an estimated timeframe is communicated at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, the following refund policy applies:
- If a digital product has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund.
- If a digital product is defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a correction or a full refund.
- Custom or completed digital work that has already been delivered is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the deliverable does not meet the agreed specification.
- Monthly subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
To request a refund or report an issue, email [email protected] with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
